Bounce-Proof Security

Bounce-Proof Security will save you the embarrassment of a returned check when you make an honest mistake in your checkbook or forget to make a deposit. Instead of returning checks unpaid, we will automatically pay them for you, up to your Bounce-Proof Security limit.

Bounce-Proof Security is a benefit of your personal checking account
The service will generally pay up to a maximum of $500 overdraft for accounts in good standing. Normal overdraft fees of $31 per item will apply, whether the overdraft is caused by check, in-person withdrawal or other electronic means.
New accounts must maintain a positive balance and be in good standing for at least 30 days to be approved for Bounce-Proof security
Service may be withdrawn at the Bank's discretion
Overdrafts must be repaid within 30 days.
The Bank will generally limit this courtesy to one account per household

EZEE-SWITCH

EZEE-SWITCH makes changing banks really easy.

When you open a new Bank of the Ozarks account we will give you EZEE-SWITCH forms so you can easily transfer your automatic payments and direct deposits.

Once you have received your new account number, simply notify the firms with whom you have automatic payments so that future payments will be deducted from your new Bank of the Ozarks account. Then attach a voided check or deposit slip to the completed authorization form and drop it in the mail.

To switch your direct deposits, it’s just as easy. Just attach one of your new deposit slips to a completed authorization form and drop it in the mail to those who deposit into your account.
